PEMBANGUNAN SEKTOR PERKEBUNAN (PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS PENGENDALIAN BIAYA DAN TINGKAT PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PERKEBUNAN)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of cost control and the level of working capital turnover on the profitability of plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative aPTroach with data processing techniques using SPSS 21 software. The population in this study is the plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2020 period and sampling using this method. Nonprobability Sampling, while the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. So the sample in this study is 17 companies and researchers will examine plantation sector companies for 3 years, namely from 2018-2020. The results showed that the effectiveness of cost control (BOPO) had a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, working capital turnover (WCTO) has no effect on profitability.
